Order cancellations are subject to the conditions outlined below. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy.

Order Cancellation Before Production

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided that production has not yet started.

  • Once an order enters production, cancellation is no longer possible, especially for custom-made or personalized items.

  • To request a cancellation, customers must contact us promptly via support@pegorjewelry.com referencing order number.

Custom-Made & Personalized Orders

  • Custom-made jewelry and leather items are strictly non-cancellable once production has started.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, items with:

    • Custom engravings (names, initials, dates, phrases)

    • Signature uploads

    • Personalized design requests

    • Special finishes, fonts, or layout preferences selected by the customer

These items are produced exclusively upon order and cannot be resold.

Order Cancellation After Production or Dispatch

  • Orders that have already entered production or have been shipped cannot be canceled.

  • In such cases, the order will be handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy, where applicable.

Payment Method & Refund Handling

  • If an eligible cancellation is approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refunds in the event of cancellation.

  • Any payment gateway processing fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Merchant Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion in the following cases:

  • Payment authorization failure or suspected fraud

  • Incomplete or incorrect customization details

  • Inventory unavailability or production constraints

  • Force majeure or circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and any eligible refund will be processed accordingly.
