Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations are subject to the conditions outlined below. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy.
Order Cancellation Before Production

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided that production has not yet started.

Once an order enters production, cancellation is no longer possible, especially for custom-made or personalized items.

To request a cancellation, customers must contact us promptly via support@pegorjewelry.com referencing order number.
Custom-Made & Personalized Orders

Custom-made jewelry and leather items are strictly non-cancellable once production has started.

This includes, but is not limited to, items with:

Custom engravings (names, initials, dates, phrases)

Signature uploads
-
Personalized design requests
-
Special finishes, fonts, or layout preferences selected by the customer

These items are produced exclusively upon order and cannot be resold.
Order Cancellation After Production or Dispatch

Orders that have already entered production or have been shipped cannot be canceled.

In such cases, the order will be handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy, where applicable.
Payment Method & Refund Handling

If an eligible cancellation is approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refunds in the event of cancellation.

Any payment gateway processing fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Merchant Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion in the following cases:

Payment authorization failure or suspected fraud

Incomplete or incorrect customization details

Inventory unavailability or production constraints

Force majeure or circumstances beyond our control
In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and any eligible refund will be processed accordingly.
